Sundays Only Scheduled Studio Sessions



Four consecutive weeks of Sundays only in person classes with access to virtual live sessions and online library

  • Face to face classes on a Sunday for up to 3 hours for 4 consecutive weeks
    • 11 a.m. – SHEflex Dance
    • 12 p.m. – SHEflex Mixed
    •   1 p.m. – SHEflex Pole
  • Access to virtual sessions and online library
  • Wear regular exercise clothes and sneakers for all classes except pole. For pole, wear shorts and bare feet and no lotion on skin.
