Monthly Saturday Only Studio Sessions



In person group sessions on Saturdays for 4 consecutive weeks with access to virtual classes and online library

  • Scheduled intimate group sessions at the studio on Saturdays only, for 4 consecutive weeks
  • A variety of classes including pole dance/fitness session
    • Saturdays
      •   8:00 a.m. – SHEflex Pole
      •   9:00 p.m. – SHEflex Mixed (a mixture of Pump, Tone and Dance
  • Access to virtual sessions and online library
  • Wear regular exercise clothes and sneakers for all classes except pole. For pole wear shorts and bare feet and no lotion on skin.
