  • Scheduled intimate group sessions at the studio, 5 days per week for 4 consecutive weeks
  • A variety of classes including pole dance/fitness session
    • Sundays
      • 11:00 a.m. – SHEflex Dance
      • 12:00 p.m. – SHEflex Mixed
      •   1:00 p.m. – SHEflex Pole
    • Mondays
      •   5:30 p.m. – SHEflex Pump
      •   6:30 p.m. – SHEflex Pole
    • Tuesdays
      •   5:30 p.m. – SHEflex Tone
      •   6:30 p.m. – SHEflex Pole
    • Wednesdays
      •   5:30 p.m. – SHEflex Dance
      •   6:30 p.m. – SHEflex Pole
    • Thursdays
      •   5:30 p.m. – SHEflex Pump
      •   6:30 p.m. – SHEflex Pole
  • Acces to virtual sessions and online library
  • Wear regular exercise clothes and sneakers for all classes except pole. For pole wear shorts and bare feet and no lotion on skin.
